Roasted Whole Cabbage

1 Whole white cabbage
Spring onions
Honey and vinegar glaze
Pork belly slices
Chicken stock
Place the white cannbage in the oven for 1 hour at 180°c.  Then lower the heat to 170°c and roast for another 30-45 minutes. Cool down and take off all the black leafs. Cut the cabbage in quarters and fry them in butter. Add some honey, white wine vinegar, chopped pepperoni and chopped spring onions. 
Bring some chickenstock to the boil , add some smoked pork belly, garlic and sauerkraut. Simmer for 30 minutes. Sieve everything and season with salt and pepper. Add a dash of lemon juice. 
Serve the cabbage with the sauce
