Woolworths Prawn Cocktails

500 g WW Frozen Uncooked Large Prawns, blanched
1 T WW Miso Paste
½ cup Tangy Mayonnaise
Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1 head WW Crunchita Lettuce
1 Ripe Papaya, peeled and cubed
2 GEM? Avocados, peeled and cubed
2 Limes, for squeezing
Blanch the prawns in simmering water until pink and cooked through – about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat.
Mix the mayo and miso paste together, and toss with the prawns.
Season to taste.
Build the cocktails by placing a few prawns in a lettuce cup.
Top with diced papaya and avo.
Squeeze with lime.
