
Winter Wonderland White hot chocolate
150g white chocolate, chopped
¼ cup desiccated coconut, toasted
300ml Super M Vanilla
250ml fresh cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp icing sugar
mini marshmallows for garnish
Melt 50g of the white chocolate. Add the toasted coconut to a plate. Dip the serving glasses into the white chocolate to create a white chocolate rim, then dip into the coconut. Allow to set.
Heat the Super M Vanilla in a saucepan and add in the rest of the white chocolate. Allow to melt. Pour into the decorated serving glass.
Whip the fresh cream with the vanilla essence and icing sugar until stiff peaks. Top the hot chocolate mixture with the whipped cream and garnish with mini marshmallows and a final dusting of icing sugar and coconut. Serve warm.
