
Wholesome Lunchbox Kota

INGREDIENTS
For the Base:
1 whole-grain quarter loaf or a large whole-wheat roll
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, sliced
For the Filling:
1 smoked chicken breast, sliced
2 slices of Clover Cheddar Flavoured Full Cream Processed Cheese
1 boiled egg, sliced
Oven fried chips
Optional Toppings:
1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise or plain yogurt
A drizzle of homemade tomato sauce or peri-peri sauce
METHOD
Hollow out a small section of the quarter loaf or roll to create space for the filling.
Layer the shredded lettuce and tomato slices at the bottom. Add a handful of oven-fried chips.
Layer the smoked chicken breast, cheese, and boiled egg slices.
Drizzle with low-fat mayonnaise or yogurt and your favourite sauce for added flavour and serve.
