Vegan Turmeric Skin Polish

½ tsp Fresh Turmeric (or powdered if you can’t find fresh)
3 tsp Oat or Almond Milk
3 tsp sodium bicarbonate (preferably from a pharmacy)
3 tsp ground Oatmeal (ground oats)
Finely grate your fresh turmeric and mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Stir to combine.
Using clean hands, massage over clean, damp skin with fingertips starting with your chin and working upward in small circles.
Rinse and apply a plant-based moisturiser.
Or apply evenly with a make-up brush and leave on skin for 5 minutes.
Polish in circular motions for about 1 minute or until skin feels polished. Rinse and follow with moisturizer
