Vanilla Panna Cotta

Vanilla Panna Cotta

Serves: 4
Recipe time: 15min
2 Tablespoons gelatin powder
150ml Clover Fresh Milk
400ml double cream
60g castor sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
serve with Berry coulis
(1 cup berries, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp castor sugar, 1 star anise)

Pour milk and cream into a sauce pan with sugar and vanilla
Stir to combine and let it simmer, remove from the heat. Pour into 4 ramekins and place it in the fridge to set for at least 1hour.
To serve carefully turn the ramekin up side down on the side plate, if the panna cotta is refusing to come out, deep it into the bowl of warm water.

Serve with mixed berry coulis and garnish with fresh mint leaves
