Ultimate Hamburger Roll Sandwiches

whole tray-bake of 8 slider rolls
3 Tbsp butter, melted
½ clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp finely chopped parsley 6 slices smoked ham
6 slices smoked chicken
6 slices Cheddar cheese
8 bacon rashers, crispy fried
4 Butter lettuce leaves
1 avocado, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Slice the whole tray-bake slider rolls horizontally in half. Mix the melted butter, garlic and parsley and brush it on both bread halves. Place the bread on a baking tray with the buttered sides up and toast in the oven until brown, about 8 minutes. Remove from the oven. Arrange the smoked ham, then the smoked chicken slices on one bread halve. Followed by the cheese slices, then the fried bacon rashers and lettuce leaves. Place the avocado over the lettuce leaves and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mayonnaise on the other halve of the bread and then place it on top of the filling. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in the fridge ready to take to the picnic. At the picnic, unwrap the bread and separate the rolls by cutting with a sharp knife.
