
Tropika Mango and Peach Bellini

Ingredients:
- 1Ripe mango, peeled and cubed
- 2+1Peaches, washed and segmented
- 1Chilli, halved and deseeded
- 5 leafs Mint (plus extra for garnish)
- 500ml Tropika Mango and Peach
- 500ml Ginger Ale
- 1-2 Oranges
Method:
- Add Mango, 2x peaches, chilli and mint to blender, add a splash of Tropika Mango and Peach flavor then blend into a puree, add a splash or two more Tropika Mango and Peach if the puree is too thick. Puree ½ of the chilli at first to test its heat level then add more if you like more of a chilli zing.
- Add 2 Tbls of the puree to the bottom of your serving glass, then half fill your glass with ginger ale and a splash of Tropika Mango and Peach.
- To garnish, use a vegetable peeler to peel the oranges then interleave with peach wedges on a toothpick or kebab stick.
