Tropika Mango and Peach Bellini

  • 1Ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 2+1Peaches, washed and segmented
  • 1Chilli, halved and deseeded
  • 5 leafs Mint (plus extra for garnish)
  • 500ml Tropika Mango and Peach
  • 500ml Ginger Ale
  • 1-2 Oranges


  1. Add Mango, 2x peaches, chilli and mint to blender, add a splash of Tropika Mango and Peach flavor then blend into a puree, add a splash or two more Tropika Mango and Peach if the puree is too thick. Puree ½ of the chilli at first to test its heat level then add more if you like more of a chilli zing.
  2. Add 2 Tbls of the puree to the bottom of your serving glass, then half fill your glass with ginger ale and a splash of Tropika Mango and Peach.
  3. To garnish, use a vegetable peeler to peel the oranges then interleave with peach wedges on a toothpick or kebab stick.
