
Tropika Berry Blast
Fresh ginger, grated
Berries
Mint leaves
1-2 cups
1 cup Frozen Berries
1-2 cups Tropika Cool Red
Squeeze the juice from the fresh, grated ginger. Pour water into an ice tray and add the ginger juice, berries and mint leaves, whole. Allow to freeze until solid.
To a blender, add the frozen and Tropika Cool red. Blitz until smooth or slushy like. Add the Berry cubes to a serving glass and pour over the Cool Red berry mix. Serve with a fresh straberry or lemon slice as garnish.
