Triple-decker Gatsby submarine with polony flavoured cheese

Serves 4
Perpartion time: 15 min

Ingredients 
1 fresh footlong loaf – cut in half length ways
15 slices of Clover POLONY FLAVOURED PROCESSED CHEESE SLICES
ketchup
hot sauce, such as piri-piri sauce
lots of french fries, freshly cooked flavoured your favourite flavouring 
4 fried eggs
4 tablespoons of mango achar 
½ cup finely shredded lettuce
salt and pepper to taste

 Method
Heat a griddle pan over high heat. Toast the bread.
Mix the ketchup and hot sauce together and smear over the bottom part of the bread loaf.
Add 5 slices of polony flavoured cheese and then top with the hot French fries. Now add another layer of cheese. Add the eggs on top and then another layer of cheese.  Finish with achar, shredded lettuce and more hot ketchup sauce.

Serve immediately!
