The Perfect Fried Egg
The Perfect FRIED egg with NuLaid:
Temperature of Pan?
Always start off with a medium heat and temper the heat with a spoonful of water into the pan-when the water boils then the pan is hot enough for the eggs, keeps the pan from over heating.
Butter or Oil?
Use a bit of both, it improves flavor and gives off great colour to your food.
Best Way to Crack an Egg?
The best way is on a flat surface with a solid smack, helps prevents the shells from going into the egg whites. Then crack open your egg into separate bowl and lower your bowl slightly into the pan, slowly let the egg fall into the pan, no mess!
