Sweet Chicken and Sweet potato fries

Cooking: 60 minutes
1 X 750g McCain Rosemary & Garlic Sweet Potato Fries, to serve
1 tbsp chicken spice
1 t paprika
salt and pepper to taste
8 chicken pieces
oil for frying
1 onion, grated
1 cup apricot chutney
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup chicken stock
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
McCain Rosemary & Garlic Sweet Potato Fries, to serve
For Sweet potato fries
Switch the Philips AirFryer to 200˚C. (no pre-heating required)
Spread the McCain Crispy Rosemary & Garlic Sweet Potato Fries in the airfryer basket.
Air-fry for 12 – 13 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time
For the chicken
Preheat the oven to 180 °C
Mix the chicken spice, paprika, salt and pepper and rub it into the chicken pieces.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour it over the chicken pieces.
Place in the oven and bake uncovered for 50—60 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and sticky and chicken is cooked.
Serve with rosemary & garlic sweet potato fries.
