Super M Vanilla and pistachio summer dessert (Blancmange)

3 x 300 ml Clover Super M Vanilla Flavoured Milk
½ tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
¼ cup corn starch
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
¼ cups pistachios, chopped
¼ cup raisins

To serve:
pistachios, de-shelled
edible flowers for decoration
potted flowers for decoration

In a saucepan, add 2 bottles of the Super M Vanilla, the cinnamon and sugar. Heat over medium to high heat. 
In a bowl, beat the remaining bottle of Super M Vanilla and the corn starch together with a fork to make a slurry. Once the milk on the stove starts to simmer, whisk in the corn starch mixture and stir continuously until mixture starts boiling. Continue whisking for a few minutes until a thick saucy mixture forms. Remove from the heat and whisk again. 
Pour mixture into individual glasses or dessert bowls. Cover each with plastic wrap ensuring that it touches the surface to prevent a skin forming.  Before serving, top each pudding with a generous sprinkling of the pistachios and raisins then finish with a pinch of cinnamon. Garnish with edible flowers and enjoy!
