Super M Protein Shake

Recipe: Boitumelo 'ChewMe' Mogoai
Makes: 2 – 4 
Preparation: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

300 ml Clover Super M Banana flavour
1 banana, sliced
2 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp honey

METHOD
Add all the ingredients including the Super M Banana flavour into a blender and blend to desired consistency. Pour into glasses and enjoy.

Chef tip:
You can add 1 cup of flour, 1½ tsp baking powder and 1 egg to the mixture to make muffins.
You can also freeze the bananas for more texture and a chilled shake.
