
Super M Mini Muffins

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup Super M vanilla milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 180*C. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk, oil and vanilla essence.
Pour wet ingredients into flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Line a 12-hole mini muffin tray with mini muffin liners or just grease the pan. Distribute batter evenly between making sure not to fill the tray up but leave about 1cm gap from the top.
Bake for 22 mins until golden brown.
