Chocolate sponge pudding

Super M Chocolate sponge pudding

200g butter, softened
100g brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
50g cocoa powder
200g self raising flour
100ml buttermilk
100ml Super M Chocolate flavour
Super M chocolate sauce
250ml Super M Chocolate flavour
50g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
Heat the Super M in a saucepan and add in the chocolate pieces. Stir until the chocolate is melted and serve with the chocolate sponge pudding. 
Heat the oven to 180C. in a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and creamy. Whisk in the eggs until well combined. 
Sift in the cocoa powder and the flour and fold onto the mixture. Add the buttermilk and the Super M and fold well to combine. 
Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 40-50 minutes, until the sponge is risen. When serving, spoon the chocolate sauce over a portion of the pudding and dollop with whipped cream or double cream yoghurt.
