Ingredients
1½ cup basmati rice
2 chicken breasts roasted or pan fried, cut into cubes or sliced
½ avocado
⅓ cup black beans
Red onion, tomato and coriander salsa
¼ cup sweet corn
Red cabbage slaw
Dressing
Sriracha mayo dressing
Lemon juice to taste
Method
Add all ingredients into bowl. Mix sriracha mayo with lemon juice and drizzle over the bowl.
