Smoked Snoek and Asparagus Quiche
Clover Fresh Milk Smoked Snoek & Asparagus Quiche

1 10-inch round baking/pie dish
4 Phyllo Sheets
2 tbsp melted butter
350ml Clover Fresh milk
200g Smoked Snoek, drained
¾ cup Asparagus, Chopped
1 tsp salt
3 eggs, beaten
½ cup cheddar cheese
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Pre- heat oven to 180°C
Grease a baking dish and lay a sheet of phyllo pastry in dish, brush with melted butter and repeat by layering the rest of the pastry with the addition of melted butter between layers.
Layer Flaked Snoek and Asparagus evenly across the base of pastry.
In a separate bowl pour the milk in, Add the remaining ingredients, 1 Tbsp of parsley and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the pie dish and bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown on the top.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes and sprinkle with parsley before slicing and serving.
Serve with a tossed salad.
