Simply Chicken Saucy Buns

1 pack Simply Chicken Crumbed Sticky BBQ bites
1 kg bread dough
¼ cup sesame seeds, black and white, optional
1 camembert or brie wheel
egg wash
honey, to serve
rocket or watercress to serve

Pre heat oven cook the Simply Chicken Crumbed Sticky BBQ Bites according to package instructions including making the sauce. Drop oven temperature to 175°C. While in the oven form the bread dough into balls and roll out each ball to your desired thickness. The thinner the dough, the crispier the bun.
Once the bites are cooked, mix them into the sauce and cool completely.
Once cooled, fill each dough round with the saucy chicken bites mixture, making sure not to overfill then seal at the seams. Turn the balls seam side down and place onto a lightly greased spring form cake tin or tray with the cheese wheel in the centre. DO NOT OVERFILL THE CAKE TIN. Brush lightly with egg wash then sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
