Simply Chicken Mushroom Amagwinya Burgers

2 Tbsp butter or margarine
100 g mushrooms
1 Tbsp mushroom soup powder
250 ml cream
salt and pepper to taste
400 g Simply Chicken Saucy Steaklets (Creamy Mushroom)
4 large amagwinya
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 lettuce leaves
8 thin slices of tomato
To Serve
Mixed salad or fries (potato or sweet potato) 

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms until brown and completely dry.
Add the soup powder and stir well. Add the cream gradually and stir continuously, cook 2—3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Adjust seasoning. 
Cook the Simply Chicken Saucy Steaklets as per packet instruction. Keep aside.
Cut the vetkoek in half and spread mayonnaise on each half.
Place a lettuce leaf and two slices of tomato on top, followed by the cooked chicken steaklets. Spoon the mushroom sauce over. Place the other halves of the vetkoek on top and serve with a mixed salad or fries.
