
Seaweed and cucumber cold broth

Ingredients
Cucumber 100g
Dry seaweed(Miyeok, wakame, 10g (briefly blanched local seaweeds are good, too)
Onion 10g
Spring onion, thinly sliced, 10g
Sea lettuce salt, optional
Seasoning (soy sauce 1 : vinegar 2)
Sesame seeds, optional
Icy cold water
Method
Soak seaweed
2. Slice cucumber, spring onion and onion thinly
3. Mix with seasoning and sesame seeds
4. Add 2 cups of water and season to taste
