Robyn’s Date Bars

Serves 4
Preparation Time: 10 minutes plus resting time
 
INGREDIENTS

Dates 1 cup soaked in water
Peanut butter (other nut butter) 1/2 cup
Protein powder 2-3 scoops 
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup linseeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds (or any other seed)
Nuts of your choice

You can also add oats but not always needed
 
possible additionals for additional flavour as per preferance

Coconut shavings
Cocoa powder (dark chocolate powder works great)
 
METHOD

Put everything in a blender until everything is combined, stirring and scraping to ensure everything mixes.

Pour mixture onto lined baking sheet and press down till about 1cm.

In the fridge for about 4-6 hours then cut to desired size.
