Roasted pear crisp

Roasted pear crisp

4 Dessert Pears 
200ml Crisp White Wine 
2 TBSP Demerara Sugar
½ TSP Chinese five spice 
30g Mixed nuts, toasted and pouched 
15g Rolled Oats 
2 TBSP Wholemeal Bread crumbs 
2 TSP Sunflower Seeds 
1 TBSP Melted Butter 
Preheat Oven to 190C 2. Cut the pears in Half and remove the cores. Place in a large Shallow baking dish. Pour the wine around the pears and Bake in oven for 10 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, combine the sugar, Spice, Nuts, Oats, Breadcrumbs and Sunflower seeds in a bowl. 4. Remove the pears from the oven, top each one with the nut mixture, drizzle with melted butter. Return to oven for 7-8 minutes, or until topping is golden. 5. Serve with Ice-Cream of choice
