Pre-heat the oven to 160°C 25min per 500g. Remove cling film and foam tray.
Place into the oven roasting with the pork on a baking sheet. Pierce the bag on the top a couple of times to allow the steam to escape. Roast for 25min per 500g , until cooked through. In the last 10min, open the top of the bag to allow the roast to brown.
Allow to stand for 10 min before carving
At the same time oven bake the potatoes at 200C for 40-50 mins - Remove from packaging and place in an ovenproof casserole dish, cover with a lid. Stir through occasionally. You could also microwave

Remove box and board lid. Preheat oven to 180 °C and heat for 20 minutes. Heating time is a guide only.
