Plascon Immunity Booster Orange Turmeric Smoothie
Recipe by Milk and Pop
INGREDIENTS
½ cup sliced carrot peeled (about ⅔ of a medium carrot)
½ banana peeled and frozen
½ cup ice
⅔ cup coconut kefir/milk kefir or Greek yoghurt
⅔ cup orange juice
½ tablespoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
2 tablespoon quick oats optional
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to a blender's cup and pulse for 1 minute, or until well combined. Add oats if using.
Taste for sweetness, add maple syrup if you want your smoothie sweeter.
Serve immediately.
