Picanha steak with red pepper sauce and BBQ veggies 
Picanha steak 
Makes: 4-6 servings 

Prep time: 20 min 
1 top sirloin cap,
2 tbsp coriander seeds, roasted and crushed 
salt and pepper to taste 
Rub the steak with oil. Season the Picanha steak with salt, pepper and roasted, crushed coriander seeds 
Braai fat side down for 10 minutes over medium high coals. Turn and finish braaiing to medium rare. Serve hot. 
Roasted pepper sauce 
Makes: 1 batch 

Prep time: 10 min 
Handful cashew nuts 
1 clove garlic 
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (any vinegar, lemon or lime can work) 
1 chilli (optional) 
1 red pepper, roasted and deseeded 
60 ml oil 
2 tbsp parmesan or cheddar cheese  
Salt to taste  
Put all your ingredients in a blender or food processor and blitz together until a thick sauce is formed.

Drizzle oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with salt and pepper
