Perfect Scrambled Eggs

3 NuLaid eggs
Knob of Butter
Salt to taste

Crack all the eggs into pot and add the butter. 
Do not season. Seasoning at this stage will breakdown the proteins, resulting a not so fluffy scrambled eggs.
Bring pot to the heat, keep stirring on and off the heat, two minutes at a time until you have the preferred consistency of your eggs. 
Serve on toast, season to taste and garnish with chives
