
Orange pork fillet with McCain Rosemary & Garlic Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
Sweet potato fries
1 X 750g McCain Rosemary & Garlic Sweet Potato Fries, to serve
Orange pork fillet
3 t mustard powder
1 t dried thyme
4 Tbsp soft brown sugar
900 g pork fillet (about 2 fillets)
2 cups fresh orange juice
5 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut in rings
1 Tbsp corn flour
1 Tbsp water
green salad, to serve
Sweet potato fries
Set the air fryer to 200 °C.
Spread the McCain Crispy Rosemary & Garlic Sweet Potato Fries in the air fryer basket.
Air-fry for 12 – 13 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time
Orange pork fillet
Set the air fryer to 160 °C.
Mix the mustard powder, thyme, sugar, orange zest and juice and sprinkle half of the mixture over the pork fillets. Put in the air fryer basket and fry for 10 minutes.
Add the apple slices and sprinkle the remaining mustard mixture over. Fry for 6 minutes or until the apple slices are soft. Arrange the slices on a serving dish with the apple slices.
Serve the pork with sweet potato fries and a green salad.
