Nut meringue on Afternoon Express

Nut meringue

4 Egg whites
1 cup Selati Castor Snow
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Pecan Nuts, Chopped
Preheat the oven to 60C.
Whisk egg whites with sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until firm. Fold in the pecan nuts. Place into a piping bag, then drop little blobs on a baking tray and place into the oven until dry.

For best results, use Selati!
