Nolac Leftover cake pops

Makes: 6-8 cake pops
Recipe duration: 20-30 minutes
 
Ingredients
1/2 loaf madeira cake
1/2 cup Nolac Strawberry dairy snack, plus 2 extra tbsp
1 1/2 to 2 cups icing sugar
pink sprinkles
 
Method
In a bowl, break apart the madeira cake to form rough crumbs. Mix in the 2 tablespoons Nolac Strawberry dairy snack to form a lumpy mixture that hold when formed into a ball. With a spoon, scoop some of the mixture and form balls to the size of your liking. Set these aside to chill for about 10 minutes. Whilst chilling, mix 1/2 Nolac Strawberry dairy snack with some icing sugar. Add a little of the dairy snack at a time so the mixture isn't too runny. Stick a popsicle stick into each of the balls and coats with the icing mixture then sprinkle with the pink sprinkles. Let them set in the fridge for at least 30 minute or until ready to eat.
