Mocktails on Afternoon Express

The Elixir:

Makes 3

135ml Ginger-Lime Syrup

135ml Water

75ml Lemon Juice

42ml Mint Syrup

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a julep cup full

of crushed ice.

2. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon twist.

Ginger-Lime Syrup

200g Sugar

100ml Water

1 Lime Zest

2T Ginger

Mint Syrup

100g Sugar

50ml Water

½ cup mint

1. Boil Sugar and water until dissolved, add flavoring and leave to macerate for 2-3 days, strain and store in a airtight container
