Milk and honey panna cotta

Clover panna cotta

Milk and honey panna cotta:

4 gelatine sheets
4 tbsp creamed honey
4 tbsp brown sugar
pinch of salt
5 ml vanilla extract
2 cups clover milk
Serve with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of fresh honey and a dusting of cinnamon.

Place the milk in the pot over a medium heat Bring to a gentle simmer along with the vanilla, salt, sugar and creamed honey.
Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for 5 minutes or until soft. Add the softened gelatine to the mixture and stir until dissolved.
Divide the mixture into 4-6 servings’ bowls and place in the fridge and set for 6 hours.
Drizzle some extra honey over and serve with the strawberries.
