Middle Eastern Chicken Wrap with Clover Authentikos Greek Style Yoghurt
Recipe: Boitumelo 'ChewMe' Mogoai

1 cup Clover Authentikos Greek Style Yoghurt, plus ¼ cup
1 tsp chopped mint
1 tsp lime zest
juice of 1 lime
½ tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
4 de-boned chicken thighs
oil for shallow frying
4 tortilla wraps
3 Tbsp hummus
½ cucumber, sliced into ribbon
3 tomatoes, sliced


In a bowl, mix the cup of Clover Authentikos Greek Style Yoghurt with the mint, lime zest, lime juice, cumin and season with salt and pepper. Add in the chicken thighs and toss until fully covered before setting aside in the fridge to marinade for an hour.
To cook:
In a hot griddle pan, fry the chicken thighs until the juices run clear. Set aside for about 3 – 5 minutes before cutting into small pieces.
To assemble:
In a small bowl, mix the remaining ¼ cup of Clover Authentikos Greek Style Yoghurt with the hummus and spread on each wrap. Layer the cucumber ribbons followed by the tomatoes and chicken. Enjoy

Chef Tip:
You can add sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds to give the dish more texture
