Marula Liquer Infused Sago Pudding

Marula Liquer Infused Sago Pudding

¼ cup Sago
2 cups Clover Fresh Milk
1 cup Marula liquer (can sustitute with milk)
½ cup Cream
3 Eggs
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ cup Rasberries
¼ cup Blackberries 
½ cup Strawberries 
½ cup Icing sugar
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla extract


In a mixing bowl add dried sago and clover fresh milk.
Soak for 1hr minimum.
In a mixing bowl add your eggs.
With your clean hands separate the egg whites and yolks.
Mix the yolks and sex aside.
Add castor sugar and egg whites in a mixing bowl, whisk until thick and stiff.
In a pot add the soaked sago, marula liquor and egg yolks.
Mix and cook for 3 min.
Cook up remaining milk, cream and check for sugar levels.
Let it rest for 5 min and then add whisked egg whites and fold in until mixed well.

Berry Mix

Add all berries in a mixing bowl.
Add lemon juice and icing sugar and gently mix of fold all the ingredients together.
Chill in the fridge for as long as you need to.
