Manhattan Mint and Pineapple Hawaiian Cocktail


Manhattan Mint and Pineapple Hawaiian Mocktail 
Recipe: Anél Potgieter
Serves: 1-2 
Preparation time: 10 min
1 pineapple, hollowed out and keep the flesh
10-20 mint leaves
4 tsp sugar 
juice of 2 limes 
100 ml pineapple juice
250 ml Manhattan Black Ice Tea Pineapple
soda water 
cocktail umbrellas
colourful straws
Blitz the flesh of the pineapple into a fine pulp. 
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves and sugar together.
Add the lime juice and pineapple juice, Manhattan Black Ice Tea Pineapple and pineapple pulp along with ice.
Shake well to and mix.
Pour into the hollowed-out pineapple, half-filled with ice. Fill to the top with soda water. 
Garnish with an umbrella and colourful straws.
