Manhattan candy floss Mocktail

Manhattan candy floss Mocktail

Preparation: 10 minutes


1 cup Manhattan Black Ice Tea, Pineapple or any flavour
1 cup raspberries
1 Tbsp sugar
1½ t lime or lemon juice juice
5 fresh mint leaves
ece cubes or crushed ice
lemon peel twirls
3 small skewers
pink candy floss
fresh mint leaves
Combine all of the mocktail ingredients, except the ice, then puree until smooth. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a pitcher, forcing through most of the pulp.

Place some ice cubes or crushed ice into three glasses. Add some raspberries. Pour the berry mixture over the ice. Add some mint leaves. Place a lemon peel twirl on the edge of each glass.

Thread a piece of candy floss onto each skewer and place it carefully across or in each glass. Don’t let the candy floss touch the liquid or it will melt.

Serve immediately.
