Lindt Chocolate Cake

Lindt Chocolate Cake
Recipe: Lindt

Preparation time: 15 min
Baking time: 35-40 min
120 g cake flour
120 g castor sugar
1Tbs cocoa powder (5 g)
1 tsp baking powder (3 g)
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda (1 g)

125 g  water (ml)
1 tsp coffee powder
75 g sunflower Oil  (ml)
10 g vinegar  (ml)
5 g vanilla extract  (ml)
100 g Lindt excellence touch of sea salt Chocolate
Preheat oven to 150 °C. Combine all the dry ingredients sifting and blending well in a medium sized bowl.
Then bring the water, coffee, oil, vinegar and vanilla to the boil – remove from the heat.
Add the chopped chocolate – stir to melt out completely.

Then pour into the dry ingredients-whisk until well combined and smooth.
Pour into a well-greased Bundt tin.
Bake for 35-40 min. 

Allow to cool completely before unmolding. 
Then pour the cooled Mint Intense Ganache over the cake.
Décor with Chocolate Shavings. Serve & enjoy 

Mint Intense Ganache

Preparation time: 10 min

100 g  Lindt Excellence Mint Intense Chocolate
60 g Almond Milk

Bring the almond milk to the boil .  Then pour over the chopped chocolate – stirring until well combined into a shinny thick ganache.   Allow to cool for 5 min. Then ready to pour or pipe over your cake.  Using a peeler peel shavings over your ganache and decorate with berries
