Lemon Meringue Trifle Platter

INGREDIENTS
1 x large lemon meringue Tarts
250 ml fresh cream, whipped to soft peaks
1 jar lemon curd
Granadilla pulp
zest of 2 lemons
Meringue kisses
Gold cake sprinkles
gold leaf
mint leaves
cake sparklers
4 x elegant glasses or bowls
METHOD
Begin by slicing the lemon mering into 8 equal slices and arrange beautifully on a large serving platter.
Add the remaining ingredients into small bowls or ramekins. Arrange the bowls or ramekins on the platter around the slices of lemon meringue slices.
To assemble the individual trifle, place a slice of the lemon meringue into your serving bowl and top with the remaining ingredients – be as creative as possible and add as many toppings as you’d like.
Top with a cake sparkler for dramatic effect.
