Korean cabbage salad

Serving 4 sides

Cooking time 5 minute
Cabbage, thinly sliced 2 cups
Black sesame seed 1 tsp
Dressing :
grated apple 1/2,
Vinegar 1 Tbsp,
(Korean) chilli powder or Kashmir chilli powder 1 tsp,
salt to season

Mix the dressing. Season to taste.
Slice cabbage as thinly as possible, rinse in cold water and remove water.
Mix cabbage with dressing.
It can be kept in fridge and served for 3 days as a side.
