KOO Bean Curry Bunny Chows

Serves 2-4

1 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp mild curry powder
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tin KOO Mixed Vegetables in Durban Curry Sauce
1 tin KOO Butter Beans in Tangy Curry Sauce
1 tbsp coriander, chopped
1 loaf white bread, unsliced
Carrot pickle and tomato salsa to serve

Heat the oil in a pot on high, add the onions and cook until brown. Turn heat to medium, add the curry powder and garlic, cook for a further minute. 
Add the KOO Mixed Vegetables in Durban Curry Sauce and Butter Beans, stir through well, and add ½ a cup of water. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. 
While the curry is cooking, cut the bread in half, and carefully scoop out the inside of the bread, to create a hole for your curry. Keep the removed bread filling for serving. 
Remove the curry from the heat, and dish into your breads. Serve with the remaining bread, carrot pickle and tomato salsa.
