KOO and All Gold Fruit Trifle Pots

KOO and All Gold Fruit Trifle Pots

1 tin KOO Peach Slices in Syrup, drained
1 tin KOO Apricot Halves in Syrup, drained
½  swiss roll / sponge cake     
2 cups custard of choice
2 cup jelly of choice, already prepared / set
4 tbsp All Gold Smooth Apricot Jam
½ cup whipped cream
Grated chocolate, flowers, or mint to garnish as you prefer
Start your Trifle pots by beginning with a layer of swiss roll or sponge cake, at the base. Next, add a layer of KOO Peach Slices. Add a layer of custard, then jelly, then more custard. Add a layer of KOO Apricot Halves, followed a by dollop of All Gold Smooth Apricot Jam.
Add another layer custard and jelly, and finish with the whipped cream. Garnish with grated chocolate, fresh flowers or mint, and serve.
Chefs tips
Feel free to swap out the KOO Peaches and Apricots for your favourite substitute from the range! The Fruit Cocktail or Guava’s would be a perfect addition to this recipe!
You can make these Trifle Pots in advance for ease of service, and is very easy to make in great numbers.

You can even create a larger version in a big dish, the choice is completely your own!
