Kadai Mushroom 
500g mushrooms cut into quarters 
1 medium onion cut into cubes
1 medium green pepper cut into cubes 
5 black peppercorns
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 dry red chilli 
4 tbs oil or ghee 
1 onion finely chopped 
1 tbs ginger paste
1 tbs garlic paste 
2 tsp chili powder 
1/2 tsp turmeric 
1 tsp coriander powder 
2 tomatoes puréed + 15 cashews + 2 green chilies 
1 tsp garam masala 
Salt to taste 
1 tbs sugar 
4 tbs cream 
Add 1 tbs oil and Add onions and green pepper and fry on high heat for 2 min and remove from pot
Add 1 tbs oil and Add mushrooms and fry on high heat for 2min
Heat remaining ghee or oil and add in cumin, dry red chilli and black peppercorns. Fry till aromatic
Add onions finely chopped and fry until golden brown
Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 2min
Add chilli powder, turmeric, coriander and fry for 1min
Add tomato cashew green chilli paste and cook till oil surfaces 
Add garam masala, salt and sugar
Add the onions, pepper and mushrooms and cook for 5mins on low heat
Add cream, switch off heat.

Serve hot.
