Jungle Muesli Tart Cups

Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

2 cups Jungle Muesli: Chocolate Clusters
¼ honey
1 tbsp coconut oil

to serve:
1 ½ cups plain double thick yoghurt
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 bananas, sliced
½ raspberries
100g dark chocolate, melted

1 muffin tray
baking paper, cut into squares

Pre-heat oven to 180ºC and lightly grease a muffin tray. In a large bowl combine Jungle Muesli Chocolate clusters, coconut oil and honey. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tray until it’s halfway filled, then using the pre-cut baking paper cover and press down using a tablespoon to create a hollow. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the muffin tray.
Combine yoghurt, cinnamon and honey. Spoon into each muesli tart cup. Top with sliced bananas, raspberries drizzle over melted dark chocolate.
