Jan- No-Worry 5 Ingredient Lasagne

500g boerewors
2 cups milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup grated cheese
1 pack lasagne sheets, precooked

Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Start by making your quick ricotta by mixing the milk with the lemon juice. Stir for a bit then let the mixture for sit about 5 min while you prep the meat.
Remove the boerewors from its casing and place into a bowl. Heat a medium pan to medium heat then add your boerewors. Crumble and cook your wors on medium heat until brown but not fully cooked. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
Before assembling the lasagne, strain the ricotta using a cheesecloth to separate the curds from the when. You will use the white solid part for your lasagne. Season the ricotta with a little salt and pepper then spread the first layer into you casserole dish. Follow with the lasagne sheet, the worst then a sprinkling of cheese. Repeat these layers making sure to leave enough cheese for the top.

Sprinkle the top generously with whatever cheese you have left then bake for 20 min or until golden brown.
