Immune boosting smoothie

The ultimate Immune boosting smoothie

Orange and turmeric smoothie
Serves: 2
Prep time: 5 min
1 cup Orange juice (freshly squeezed preferably), more if you want it more drinkable
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1 tbsp turmeric
1 knob ginger (thumb size), more if you want it stronger
honey to taste
flat leaf parsley and mint for garnish
Throw all the frozen fruit into a blender with ginger, turmeric and some honey. Pour in half of the orange juice and pulse. Add more juice as you go.

Garnish with fresh strawberries, mint and parsley
