
Iced Chocolate and Coffee Swirl Latte

INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp dark chocolate, melted
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 shots of espresso
Clover Chocolate Milk
for garnish
fresh mint
cocoa nibs
chocolate shavings
METHOD
Pour the melted chocolate into your glass, swirling it around the sides.
Add the ice cubes, then pour in the warm espresso.
Fill the glass about two-thirds of the way with Clover Chocolate Milk.
For the finishing touch, pour ½ cup of the chocolate milk into a coffee plunger and froth it.
Spoon the froth on top of each glass, then garnish with chocolate shavings and cocoa nibs and fresh mint.
Serve and enjoy!
