House of Coffees Coffee Ice-Cream Affogato

Serves : Ice cream 6, Affogato 1
Preparation: 20 minutes plus 4 hours freezing

Ice Cream
1 tin condensed milk
1 Tbsp strong brewed House of Coffees Extra Special Blend, cold
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup fresh cream
1 tin of evaporated milk, chilled (ice cold)

60-80ml House of Coffees Extra Special Blend strong hot coffee. 
1 to 2  scoops (about 1/2 cup) coffee ice-cream
Ice Cream
Mix the condensed milk, cold coffee, vanilla and cream together. 
Whip the ice cold evaporated milk until it’s seriously foamy. Fold this into the condensed milk mixture. Pour into a freezer-proof container and freeze for at least 5 hours. Stir twice during the first 90 minutes, the stirring will insure smaller ice crystals.
Start brewing the coffee.
Scoop the ice-cream into a mug, glass or dessert bowl.
Slowly pour the hot coffee in a thin stream directly over the ice-cream, draping the entire surface of the scoop(s) with an even layer of coffee. 
Serve immediately before the ice-cream melts too much.
