Hot Cross Bun Pudding

Serves: 4-6
Baking time: 30 minutes 
6x Hot Cross Buns (1 pack)
2 cups Clover Classic Custard
1 egg
2 Cups Milk
Butter or Cooking Spray 
Baking Dish
Icing Sugar, to dust
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Prepare your baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Cut the buns to smaller pieces arrange in the baking tray.
Mix together milk, custard and egg until combined. Pour over the hot cross buns.
Bake for 30 mins.
Allow to cool, then dust with icing sugar. 
Serve with ice cream.
