2 X Woolworths chocolate hot cross buns 6pk
2 X Hot cross bun Milk chocolate eggs
2 X Hollow chocolate eggs 5pk
450ml milk
100ml cream
3 free range eggs
6T sugar
3T Brown sugar
500ml Fresh custard with vanilla bean seeds
Preheat an oven to 180C.  Roughly cube the hot cross buns before adding to a greased baking tin. Roughly break the eggs and stud over the buns.
Combine the milk, cream, eggs and sugar until most of the sugar has dissolved. Pour the eggy mixture over the hot cross buns and allow it to soak for 15 minutes before sprinkling over the brown sugar and placing in the oven to bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the pudding to cool slightly before serving with the custard.
