Home-Made McD's Burger

McDonalds McRoyale Burger

Serves: 3-4 
Prep time: 40 miin 

2 cups ground beef 
1 onion, sliced into rings 
1 garlic clove, crushed 
4 eggs 
1 cup worcestershire sauce 
2 cups breadcrumbs 
6 sesame seed buns 
6 slices cheese 
2 tomatoes 
¼ cup tomato sauce 
¼ cup mustard 
4 pickles 
¼ cup mayonnaise 
2 cups shredded lettuce 
salt and pepper to taste 
Oil for frying 
Heat the oil to 175C. 
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, garlic, worcestershire sauce, eggs, breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper. Form in to beef patties and set aside. In a pan set on medium to high heat, cook the beef patties to your desired doneness. 
To assemble the burger, start by slathering the bottom of the bun with mayonnaise, followed by the lettuce, beef patty and tomato. Follow with the onion, cheese, pickles then tomato sauce and mustard. Seal the bun with the top bun 
Serve and enjoy!
